The two story holiday residence with an adjacent pool is located in a close proximity to the archaeological area of Kapsali in Kythera. The architectural design is adjusted to the forms, the proportions, the scale and the materials of the place, drawing on the vernacular architecture of the island. Key principle for the design has been the assimilation of traditional forms into contemporary living. The architectural elements reflect their traditional equivalents, with a contemporary take on material and structural design.
