NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE BRANCH IN POROS ISLAND

The listed three-storey building in Poros was built around 1910. During the past hundred years, it served as a branch of the National Bank of Greece as well as  a residence for its manager and the Prime Minister of Greece G.Korizis.

The present condition of the building indicates that it cannot be used due to the extended damages it has suffered through the years. The clients’ demand was to restore the original functional use with respect to its architectural value. Therefore, the ground floor will function as offices and retail, whereas the upper floors will accommodate a private residence.
