The property consists of two listed neoclassical buildings, constructed in 1926. Both buildings will be restored. The south rectangular volume will accommodate a multipurpose hall, foyers and control room, while the northeast cubic volume will house the library. Another building is added northwest, with offices, conference room, ancillary rooms and a terrace.
