Aim of the study was a design of a contemporary house of 370 sqm. The existence of ancient findings in the plot, a big part of which had to be preserved was a factor that largely affected the design process. The proposed architectural solution provides for the creation of a two-story residence, with an underground parking. The ground floor hosts all communal areas of the residence, maintaining an open plan, free from separating partitions, creating a visional and functional unity for the spaces. The “private” uses of the residence are located on the first floor.
