The design of a four-story residential unit with a pilotis and three independent flats had energy sustainability as a core aspiration. The flat’s facades offer unobstructed views to the surroundings thank to the extended openings. The plan distribution, alongside with the green wall and the atrium has a result a controlled yet sufficient sun exposure as well as the passive cooling of the flat, restricting the building’s energy consumption.
